We have collected the above categories and types of personal data directly from individuals through our website and through social media sites such as LinkedIn, and through business interaction and documents such as our contracts and other shared documents. In a few limited cases, KDConsulting may have received Personal Data with data subject to consent from a third party, such as a third-party recruiter or job site, who has permission to pass on job candidate details to KDConsulting.
