Proprietary Rights, Trademarks and Copyrights
You agree that the KDConsulting offerings and any and all trademarks, including service marks, logos, trade names, trade dress, capitalized terms and items, as well as the following items made available in connection therewith, and its compilation, including, but not limited to, source and object code, graphics, images, text, audio clips, button icons, digital downloads, data compilations and computer software (also “Content”), are the sole property of KDConsulting or its partners, suppliers or licensors, and protected by the United States, and international, copyright laws, and trademark laws. All software used on the Site is the property of KDConsulting or its software suppliers or licensors and protected by the United States, and international, copyright laws. Users are granted permission to browse and use the KDConsulting offerings for information purposes or as otherwise intended by us only. Any other use or exploitation including, but not limited to, the reproduction, duplication, modification, distribution, sale, transmission, republication, removal, deletion, addition, framing, display or performance of the KDConsulting offerings, in part or in whole, is strictly prohibited. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold KDConsulting, its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, content providers, service providers, employees, agents, officers, directors, and contractors (the “Indemnified Parties”) harmless from any breach of these Terms of Use by you, including any use of KDConsulting or content other than as expressly authorized in these Terms of Use. You agree that the Indemnified Parties will have no liability in connection with any such breach or unauthorized use, and you agree to indemnify any and all resulting loss, damages, judgments, awards, costs, expenses, and attorneys’ fees of the Indemnified Parties in connection therewith. You will also indemnify and hold the Indemnified Parties harmless from and against any claims brought by third parties arising out of your use of the information accessed from this site.
